At Jet Boats USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since all our products are custom-made to order and fulfilled by Printify, we do not accept general returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders.
However, we are happy to replace or refund items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All items in our store are printed on demand by Printify once an order is placed. Because of this, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the product.
2. Return Eligibility
We offer free replacements or refunds for the following issues:

The product arrived damaged or defective

The item received is not what was ordered (wrong size, color, or design)

The item was lost in transit and never arrived (after a reasonable shipping period)
To be eligible, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include photos of the issue (damage, misprint, etc.)

Provide your order number and a clear description of the problem

3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Buyer’s remorse

Ordering the wrong size or color

Items delayed due to courier or customs issues

Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

Minor color or placement differences typical of print-on-demand products
Please check sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
4. Refund or Replacement Process
If your request is approved:

We’ll either send a free replacement at no extra cost, or

Issue a full or partial refund back to your original payment method
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit or marked "Delivered" but not received, contact us. We’ll work with Printify and the shipping provider to resolve the issue. We may require additional verification.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After this, the order may already be in production and cannot be stopped.
