1. Fulfillment Time

All of our products are custom-made once you place an order. Fulfillment typically takes:

  • 2–7 business days for apparel products

  • 2–5 business days for non-apparel items (e.g., mugs, phone cases)

Please note: Fulfillment times may vary depending on the product type, time of year, and current order volume.

 

2. Shipping Time

Shipping time is in addition to fulfillment time and depends on your location and the selected shipping method.

Estimated Shipping Times (after fulfillment):

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items ordered, and the selected delivery method. We do our best to offer fair and competitive shipping rates.

Some products may ship separately depending on the Printify print provider used.

 

4. International Shipping

We ship internationally to many countries through Printify’s global network of print partners. However, customs, duties, or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL)

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first. If further help is needed, feel free to reach out to us.

 

7. Changes or Cancellations

Because we use a print-on-demand service, orders are processed and sent to production quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
